We are looking to appoint a residential property conveyancer to an established Legal 500 law firm. Leading as a regional firm and established across Cheshire, this is a fantastic chance for candidates to enter a dynamic reputable practice.

As a residential property conveyancer, you will process and complete a range of residential property files, working a caseload from inception to completion independently.

You will understand the types of transactions, purchases, right to buy policy and mortgages and apply this knowledge to your caseload.

The Role

• Running a caseload from inception to completion
• Residential property fee earning
• Transactions, right to buy, new builds, remortgages
• Paralegal support on conveyancing files

For this role, we are looking for an experienced conveyancer with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in fee earning.
