Residential Conveyancer

A good quality local firm, having built a great reputation for both dealing with private and commercial matters. Enjoying a great profile in the local community they also have ties to London but also some international clientele. Based in Haywards Heath they are looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer

The position represents a good opportunity for an experienced conveyancer (Solicitor, FCILEx or CLC) to join what is already a very busy department with plenty of work to deal with and given the location there is plenty of future opportunity to growe the conveyancing practice further.

The firm are looking for an individual who is able to manage their own caseload of residential work (sales, purchase, transfer of equity remortgages, newbuild) in relation to both leasehold and freehold property. You'd consider yourself to have sound technical expertise as well as being a commercially astute and a desire to contribute to the further growth of the team.
