Residential Conveyancer or NQ Property Solicitor

QED Legsl are currently seeking a Conveyancing Fee Earner or a Property Solicitor NQ, to join our reputable Legal 500 firm in Southend, Essex.

We are looking for someone with casehandling skills to join their growing residential team. You will be expected to manage a full and varied caseload for a minium of 1 years.

The type of residetial transactions you should ahve experience on are:

• sales
• purchase
• leaseholds
• freeholds
• remortgages
• transfers of equity
• new builds

If you do not have experience on a couple of the above, we still welcome applications. Please note if you do not have casehandling experience within residential conveyancing, you will not be considered.
