Job: RESI/COMMERCIAL/RURAL PROPERTY SOLICITORS – WANT TO MOVE INHOUSE? | NQ TO 4 PQE | GLASGOW | ££££
An international company are looking for a property solicitor (can be either Scots-qualified or E&W qualified) from NQ to 4 PQE to join its high performing legal team in Glasgow.
This Company would be delighted to hear from any of the following:
- Residential Property Solicitors
- Commercial Property / Real Estate Solicitors
- Rural / agricultural property Solicitors
Who are keen to move in-house and join an international company.
Applicants should be (or just about to be) a qualified Solicitor admitted in either Scotland or England & Wales, with between 0 – 4 PQE.
For NQs, ideally you will have had some prior property law experience – either through a property seat during your Traineeship (whether residential, commercial or agricultural) or prior property law experience (for example as a paralegal) – but this is not essential. Applications are encouraged from NQs who are keen to develop a career as a property lawyer inhouse with an international company – this Company have a best-in-class training programme.
For Junior Solicitors, you will have qualified into a property role – again, any of residential, commercial or agricultural/rural property.
This role is based out of this Company’s office in Glasgow.
In this role, you shall join this company’s large property legal team, advising on the property elements in connection with large scale strategic transactions.
Example responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating purchases, sales, leasing, consenting, and servitude documentation, as well as making land register applications.
