Real Estate Solicitor / Partner - Exciting Growth Planned

Fantastic opportunity for a Senior Real Estate Solicitor to join this boutique firm based in Lancashire. You will be fronting an excellent real estate team with a tremendous client base from across Lancashire and the North West.

You will ideally be a Solicitor with at least 10 Years' PQE+ and have experience of providing top quality Real Estate advice to a stellar client base. You will be acting for SMEs, investment firms, entrepreneurs, large corporations and HNW individuals on a regional & national basis. You will be dealing with transactional real estate matters with a mix of sales & purchase, landlord & tenant, acquisitions & disposals as well as development matters. This opportunity will allow you to participate in some of the largest and most technically complex commercial property deals in the region and you will have an abundance of face to face client contact. 

This opportunity is somewhat of a rarity in that having a tangible following is not required so this role is perfect for an existing partner who is looking for a new challenge. The main focus of this role will involve a continuation of the quality work in place and growth of the team (headcount & turnover).

Roughly 90% of their services are commercial areas of law and there are 4 members of the real estate team with plans to grow this further over the next 18 months, however they’re keen to get in place a figurehead before the team expands further. They’re very flexible and offer hybrid working, as long as there is a presence in the office on a weekly basis they’re happy to discuss how that’s structured. 

Salary for this role will exceed £80,000 - £120,000 plus a fantastic benefits scheme in place with 28 days holiday (+ bank hols), performance bonus, phone & IT equipment provided, hybrid working & more, plus a tremendous work/life balance.
