Join a award-winning real estate team, known for handling a wide range of commercial property matters. We're looking for someone with experience (or a strong interest) in the following areas:

- Development Work: Both commercial and residential 
- Landlord & Tenant: Handling leases and related matters 
- Property Finance: Assisting with financial aspects of property deals 

You’ll be dealing with everything from development and acquisitions to disposals of freehold and leasehold interests, commercial landlord and tenant issues, and assisting with property aspects of corporate sales and acquisitions.

Who Are We Looking For?

We’re on the hunt for a proactive, self-starting solicitor with:

- Strong technical skills and a keen interest in property law 
- Exceptional client service and problem-solving abilities 
- A team player attitude with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and client management skills 
- An interest in business development and good commercial awareness 

Agile Working Policy: Enjoy the flexibility to work 2-3 days per week from anywhere, depending on business needs, while providing top-notch services to clients across the UK and beyond. ?
