This is a fantastic opportunity for a Real Estate/Commercial Property Solicitor to join one of the most renowned Legal 500 Real Estate teams in Liverpool! Offering a salary of up to £60,000, along with hybrid working and fantastic development and progression, this role is perfect for qualified solicitors with up to 4 years' PQE within Commercial Property!

This role will see you responsible for:

• Handling a varied caseload of lower value Real Estate cases, including acquisitions, disposals and refinance of investment properties
• Assisting senior fee earners with a range of more complex and higher-valued cases, including development work
• Carry out cases from inception to completion, and ensuring that clients (be they high street mortgage lenders or larger national developers) are kept informed throughout the case
• Provide some assistance to other teams where they need assistance in residential property matters

Ideally, you will be a Qualified Solicitor with up to 4 years' PQE, with good experience within Real Estate. You will have good experience across Commercial Property, and have dealt with a variety of cases. It is an advantage, although not essential, that you have dealt with high-valued transactions or with larger national clients in the past.
