Role Overview:

As a Real Estate Lawyer, you will work on diverse commercial real estate projects, manage asset-related matters, and support large transactions. You’ll engage with both local and national clients, handling high-quality, complex work.

Ideal Candidate:

We’re seeking enthusiastic real estate lawyers with exposure to complex transactions. You should have experience in real estate investment, drafting and reviewing legal documents, advising on property development, and assisting in due diligence. Strong drafting skills, commercial pragmatism, and a team-oriented mindset are essential.

Requirements:

Legal qualification with 2+ years post-admission experience.
Experience in development transactions.
Proven ability to work on complex real estate matters.
