Job Title: Public Family Law Paralegal

They are looking for a dedicated Public Family Law Paralegal to join their team in Liverpool. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of public family law cases and play a vital part in delivering exceptional legal services to our clients.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Assisting solicitors in managing a caseload of public family law matters.
Drafting legal documents, including court forms, statements, and correspondence.
Conducting legal research and staying informed about relevant legislation.
Liaising with clients, courts, and other professionals involved in the cases.
Preparing cases for court hearings and providing administrative support.
Maintaining accurate and organized case files.
 
Qualifications and Experience:
 
Previous experience as a Paralegal in public family law is preferred.
Knowledge of public family law procedures and court processes.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
A genuine interest in family law and a commitment to client service.
