Working alongside a highly experienced Partner you shall manage your own client base consisting of developers, purchasers, sellers and landlords and tenants. The firm also regularly advise clients on rural property matters. You shall have a broad range of responsibilities which shall include: 

- Handling a variety of commercial property matters, including leases, acquisitions, disposals, and property development projects
- Advising clients on legal issues, conducting due diligence, and drafting legal documents
- Negotiating terms and conditions with counterparties, such as landlords, tenants, and lenders
- Collaborating with colleagues and other professionals to provide comprehensive legal solutions
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in property laws and regulations

You must have previous commercial property experience, have exceptional client facing skills and be commercially aware.
