Residential Property PA, Wimbledon

A Legal 500 Firm based in the heart of South West London are looking for an experienced PA to join their busy Residential Property department based in Wimbledon.

QED Legal are recruiting an experienced residential property PA to assist fee earners on the property team for a well established firm who offer a friendly and supportive working environment. This role would be suitable for an individual with a legal background with specific experience in Commercial Property/Residential Property.

Within this role you will be responsible for providing full support to a highly regarded lawyer and assisting them with various tasks related to the conveyancing process which may include the preparation of documents, written statements, opening files and post completion work along side dealing with stamp duty and client correspondence.

Ideally, you will be an experienced conveyancing assistant, PA or legal secretary who has experience in dealing with various transactions and the ability to deal with many different tasks within a fast paced environment. Please note that this is not an entry level position and that candidates must have recent experienced within property in order to be considered. 

In return, my client will offer a highly competitive salary of up to £31,000 with benefits and you will join a genuinely friendly and supportive team environment.
