The work is a broad mix of landlord and commercial tenant work with a mix of dilapidation, leasehold & freehold management, lease renewals, forfeiture, adverse possession and service charge, boundary disputes, trespass and possession claims. You will be acting for large institutional landlords, pension funds and asset managers and be confident in running your own multi track cases, injunctions and complex litigation.
