QED Legal are keen to speak with Property Litigation Solicitors 3 years PQE+ regarding a role we have for a well-respected law firm in Leeds City for a Legal 500 firm with a strong reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a broad range of contentious commercial property matters.
Focus areas include landlord and tenant disputes, telecoms-related disputes, adverse possession, easements, title disputes, and more.
Deal with 1954 Act renewals, dilapidations, break notices, and other property litigation issues.
Collaborate closely with the transactional Real Estate team on multidisciplinary projects.
Serve a diverse client base including landlords, tenants, developers, and investors, ranging from public sector bodies to FTSE 250 companies.
Support business growth through high-quality client work and strong client relationships.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ PQE (Post Qualified Experience) as a Property Litigation Solicitor
Strong academic credentials and the ability to analyse complex legal issues with ease.
Excellent drafting skills; ability to provide concise, fluent written advice.
A strong commercial awareness and the ability to understand and address client objectives.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
Ability to work within a team and on multidisciplinary projects across different locations.
