A leading central Brighton firm seeking to expand their property litigation team further  
  
The firm are well known central Brighton Legal 500 practice providing a broad range of legal services to both private and commercial clients. They could be described as entrepreneurial in their outlook and advise in several niche areas of law which includes some international work too.   
  
The team offers advice to landlords, tenants, developers, funders and high net worth individuals on commercial and residential property matters. The department has expertise in disputes arising from a wide range of property-related disputes, including boundary disputes, dilapidation and disrepair claims and disputes under the Landlord & Tenant Act. 
 
The firm are looking for an experienced litigator with the expertise to deal with a diverse portfolio of clients including property developers, investors, lenders, individuals and owner-occupiers, whilst developing the profile of the team throughout the local region and beyond. You would be joining an established department based across both London and Brighton and run your own your caseload with a view to developing the Brighton practice further 
  
Salary would be commensurate with experience and track record. The firm maintain an open and flexible approach as to who they appoint, with more experienced candidates being considered (inc. higher negotiable salary). Offices are based centrally, located in a marvelous period building, with longer term prospects for seniority at the firm being a realistic opportunity.
