Description
Property Litigation Solicitor
Leeds
QED Legal are working with a highly regarded Yorkshire commercial law firm who are looking to add an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to their busy team.
The firm have a reputation for being a viable alternative outside of the traditional ‘Big 6’ in Leeds retaining the quality of work you’d expect at those practices in a much more relaxed environment.
Ideally the firm are looking at a senior level hire. Someone with experience of running a complex and high value caseload of property litigation work at a large national or regional practice.
The work is varied, and you will typically be dealing with a caseload of matters including dilapidations, lease renewals, forfeiture, tenant default and development disputes.
There is a low turnover of staff here, and the firm has a proven track record of promoting from within. They embrace inclusivity and diversity, the majority of the workforce is female, and a lot of the Partners here are younger than you would find at other practices.
Flexible working is the default position here, and long before the words covid and furlough entered into our vernacular the firm offered remote working and was incredibly flexible around staff needs outside of the workplace.
Salary is highly competitive with the upper market rate and commensurate with experience and what the candidate brings to the role.
