Property Litigation Lawyer

An new opportunity for an experienced property litigator to join a busy commercial litigation team at one of the region's well established high street firms with a consistently strong pipeline of work offering good long-term prospects and career development. 

The firm has a great reach across the Hampshire region with multiple offices including a central Southampton office where the Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution team are all located. The team consists of two highly experienced Partners and several other fee earners many with their own specialist areas of expertise. The department deal with a broad range of matters and seeks to appoint a property litigation specialist and welcome interest from qualified solicitors and legal executives.  

The firm have a track record of promoting from within and there are good examples of individuals joining and rising into senior positions. They also have a sensible attitude to work life balance and understand that needs of modern working family life. They offer competitive rates of pay for their sector and generally have a very good level of employee satisfaction and retention. 

Ideally you will have sufficient experience in property litigation that will enable you to manage your own caseload largely unsupervised though support will be available for the candidates showing particular promise who are already developing at pace. The work will consist primarily of residential litigation and dispute resolution work.
