QED Legalare excited to be working with a leading international firm, who are seeking a Property Litigation Lawyer to join their growing team in Newcastle. This is an exciting time to join the team as their national Property Disputes practice is thriving with new client wins. 

About the Role:

As part of one of the largest property litigation teams in the country, you’ll work with an impressive client base, including landlords, tenants, developers, and investors across sectors like telecoms, retail, energy, and government. You'll handle a variety of contentious property matters, including telecom disputes, landlord and tenant issues (such as 1954 Act renewals), and general property disputes like adverse possession and title issues.

This role offers immediate involvement in high-quality client work and the chance to collaborate closely with their transactional Real Estate team. You'll be part of a supportive, friendly team with a commitment to professional development.

Ideal Candidate:

- At least 3 years of post-qualified experience in property litigation.
- Strong academic background and ability to analyse complex legal issues.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Team player with a strong work ethic and a proven financial track record.
