The Property Litigation department operates on a national team basis with extensive experience and unrivalled expertise in dealing with complex property disputes advising a broad range of occupiers investors and developers many of which are household names as well  as institutional landlords, funds and private and public trusts too and some of the major UK developers  
 
The team are keen to appoint an individual with excellent technical expertise covering all aspects of the the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, as well as more general experience in dealing with L&T issues such as forfeiture, dilapidations, rent arrears and possession actions. 
 
You'll enjoy close working relationships with partners on what would be considered high quality and technical work at both local and national level, providing a great opportunity to further establish yourself and continue your own growth and development along your own pathway to seniority.  
 
Naturally you would be keen to establish yourself as a member fo the team with good commercial acumen and desire to network and participate in business development.
