One of the leading practices in Sussex, with a good reputation for personal development, are looking to bring onboard an enthusiastic and organised individual to join their excellent probate team. 
 
The firm have been established across The Southeast at several locations for many years. They offer services to commercial clients as well a the individual and their families, catering to a mix of business owners. entrepreneurs and wealthy individuals as well as local families too.  
 
The Private Client department as a whole is one for their largest within that function they have a very well established and successful Probate team. They deal with matters for a myriad of clients at what is often a sensitive time and one in which the team can take the stress out of dealing with unfamiliar and complex procedures required to deal with an individual's left assets. 
 
The team would be looking for someone with at least 12 months solid experience in dealing with probate casework, that would include familiarity with all terminology, processes, procedures and forms required to resolve probate successfully. Given your prior experience, you'd no doubt understand that accuracy, efficiency and god levels of organisation with an ability to prioritise are also key to success in this positions.
