Job Title: Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive (5 PQE+)
Location: Wrexham, Cheshire
Salary: Up to £50,000
 
My client are a leading and well-established Cheshire-based law firm known for delivering high-quality legal services across a range of practice areas. With a strong emphasis on private client matters, they take pride in our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced and accomplished Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5 or more years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their reputable team at their Wrexham office.
 
Responsibilities:
 
As a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of private client matters. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
 
Advising clients on wills, trusts, and estate planning.
Handling probate and administration of estates.
Providing expert guidance on lasting powers of attorney.
Managing complex and high-value private client matters.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Supervising and mentoring junior members of the team.
 
Requirements:
 
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
 
Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 5 years PQE in private client law.
Demonstrated expertise in handling a broad range of private client matters.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent legal research and drafting abilities.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Membership in relevant professional bodies.
