My client is currently looking for a Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive to join their well established team based in Sevenoaks. The Private Client department makes up the firms largest department and they work on a wide range of private client topics. 

This role is looking for someone to come in and manage a varied caseload of work, including the preparation of wills both simple and complex, administration and creation of trusts, inheritance tax planning, administration of estates, lasting powers of attorney and some court of protection work.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 PQE with experience working within the Private Client field and knowledge of the preparation of wills, trusts, probate, lasting powers of attorney, court of protection and elderly client matters. You will need to have a technical background, excellent written and communication skills and be self motivated.
