A lead Reading based firm is looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor (6+ PQE) to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to handle high quality work, with a strong existing client base and clear career progression opportunities.

The Role

• Managing a varied caseload, including wills, trusts, estate administration, tax planning, and powers of attorney
• Acting for a range of clients, including HNW individuals and business owners
• Advising on complex estates, wealth preservation, and succession planning
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members
• Developing client relationships and supporting business development initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years PQE in Private Client law
• Strong technical expertise in estate planning, trusts, and tax matters
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• A proactive and commercially minded approach
• Experience in networking and business development is an advantage
• STEP qualification (or working towards it) is desirable
