Job Title: Private Client Paralegal
Location: Wrexham, Cheshire
Salary: Up to £25,000
 
My client are a leading Cheshire-based law firm committed to delivering exceptional legal services to their clients. With a strong focus on private client matters, they pride themselves on providing expert advice and building lasting relationships. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a dedicated and motivated Private Client Paralegal to join their dynamic team at our Wrexham office.
 
Responsibilities:
 
As a Private Client Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting our legal team in handling a range of private client matters. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
 
Assisting with the drafting of wills and other estate planning documents.
Managing probate and administration of estates.
Providing support on lasting powers of attorney.
Liaising with clients to gather necessary information and documentation.
Conducting legal research and staying updated on relevant laws and regulations.
Assisting with the preparation of legal documents and correspondence.
 
Requirements:
 
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
 
A relevant legal qualification or equivalent experience.
Previous experience in private client work.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
