An award winning, Legal 500 law firm firm based in Camberley, Surrey are seeking to expand their Private Wealth team and are looking for a Legal Secretary to join their Private Wealth & Inheritance department.
The role is part of a support team that provides secretarial and administrative support to 11 fee earners to ensure that they can focus on the legal work. the position will involve acting as the first point of contact for new client enquiries and referring work to the Head of Department for allocation.
You will assist with file administration, dairy management and will also act as a witness for Will signings and deal with Will and LPA collections. The secretarial work will include being confident with digital dictation and maintaining up to date knowledge of the firm and department systems.
