Private Client Lawyer

Role
Due to continued growth and success of the Private Client Department the firm are looking to recruit an additional fee earner, based at the Eastbourne office. You would be dealing with essentially the full remit of private client matters including Wills, Trust, Tax, Probate and Powers of Attorney.  The position will include a great deal of client contact, attending client meetings, drafting wills, advising on Declarations of Trust, administering estates, preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney, providing advice on tax and trusts and handling General Affairs files.

Requirements 
A qualified Lawyer, be that Solicitor or Legal Executive ideally with at least 4/5 yrs PQE and able to manage your own caseload of matters.  A good technical grounding in private client matters with an ability to manage and prioritise the client expectation and a willingness to play your part in contributing to what is already a successful team.
