Private Client Solicitor – NQ – 6 year PQE

QED Legal are working with one of the leading Private Client teams in the region. They are looking for a junior-mid level Private Client lawyer to join them.

You can work out of one of the firms 3 offices in the West Yorkshire area and there is a lot of flexibility for the right person.

The team are well regarded in key legal directories and do a wide range of work from complex and high value international work, acting for HNW individuals to more straight forward local work.

There are 4 Partners in the team who are all really approachable and take time to develop and support the junior lawyers in the team.

The department has a track record of progressing their own staff and strike a nice balance of supporting more junior members whilst giving them autonomy and room to grow.

The firm operate a hybrid working model with lots of the team spending 3 days in the office and 2 from home. There is no culture of presenteeism, the Partners understand that things need to be attended to from time to time outside the office and are happy to treat people like grown-ups.

This role would be ideally suited to either those looking to move from a large practice and not compromise on work quality, or those at a smaller high street/regional firm looking to take a step up.

Salary is competitive with the firm open minded on salary depending on what the right candidate can bring to the role
