The Practice:
The dynamic private client practice specialises in assisting High-Net-Worth and Ultra-High-Net-Worth clients across a wide range of private wealth matters, including:

1. International Tax and Estate Planning: Advising entrepreneurs and international families manage tax exposure and implement cross-border estate plans.
2. UK and Offshore Trusts: Expertise extends to the formation and management of UK and offshore trusts, including handling contentious trust matters.
3. Estate Administration and Inheritance Tax Issues: Providing counsel on UK inheritance tax issues and manage high-value estates, often involving overseas assets.
4. Entrepreneurial and Corporate Owners: Supporting business owners, CEOs, and shareholders with tax structuring and estate planning, both in the UK and abroad.
5. Charitable Foundations: Managing charitable foundations, a growing area within the practice.

Technical Skills and Experience:
We are seeking an Associate with demonstrable technical expertise, aligned with your level of qualification, and experience in both UK and offshore private client work. Your role will involve advising on estate planning, personal tax matters, and trusts in an international context for high net worth individuals and institutional clients.
