We have an exciting opportunity for a Banking Solicitor to join on of the most prestigious firms in the country. Based in the heart of Birmingham City Centre, my client are looking for a senior solicitor to join their highly respected Banking and Finance team to take on an existing caseload, assist in business development efforts, and supervise more junior members of staff.

The successful candidate will work closely with partners and will take on a caseload consisting of:

• Advising banks, lenders, fund managers, and other corporate clients on all aspects of finance and security measures.
• Supporting the corporate team on funding issues in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions work, as well as funding issues in M&A work for the Commercial team
• Active involvement in marketing to existing and prospective new clients 

My client are offering a highly competitive salary and benefits package
£90000-110000 depending on experience
