Description
So. Planning.
Exceptional area of law to work in, but with a very small pool of candidates.
With an expanding department, QED Legal's client requires a solicitor with a least four years PQE to take on a key role.
Quite uniquely, this involves both contentious and non-contentious planning work for all the firm’s clients, at all levels including national, major and local developments. You will have the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of planning law and related disciplines including environmental law, compulsory purchase, inquiries, appeals and judicial reviews.
As this is both a contentious and transactional role, my client is open to ideas on what the successful candidate might look like. Possibly a transactional lawyer with litigation roots, or vice versa.
Maybe you're a property lawyer with some litigation experience, or a disputes lawyer with a grounding in transactional real estate work.
This truly is a unique role, so why aren't we talking about it?
Fix that by reaching out to Neil Campbell via the details provided.
