I'm working with a very successful private practice who are looking for a talented and ambitious Scottish qualified Solicitor to join their team. As this role is home based your location is flexible and you can be based anywhere.

You shall successfully manage your own caseload of personal injury matters with a focus on clinical negligence but I am keen to hear from Solicitors with experience of personal injury matters in relation to Employers liability, Credit Hire & RTA. 

You will have proven experience of successfully advising clients on their rights following an injury, will prepare claims and negotiate settlement. You must be comfortable appearing at Court and as this role will involve high value/complex cases, you must have Court of Session experience. 

The practice prides itself on delivering exceptional client service and you will be someone who puts their clients at the centre of all you do and have great empathy.

This role offers the genuine opportunity to progress in the mid term to Director level and offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
