You shall manage your own case holding of clinical negligence cases with varying degrees of value and complexity, be confident regularly appearing at courts across Scotland and have the ability to deal with your clients sensitively at what can be an extremely distressing point in their lives. 

You shall be encouraged to continue to develop your skills and will have financial assistance to attain further professional qualification/accreditation.
