QED Legal are presenting an opportunity for a Clinical Negligence / Personal Injury Litigation Solicitor to join a leading firm based in Chesham, Buckinghamshire.

Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Personal Injury team, it is now seeking to appoint a Solicitor or Legal Executive to work alongside its existing team to assist in driving forward a resilient and varied legal practice.

The role requires you to have prior experience running road traffic matters, employers' liability claims and public liability cases is essentials. Experience  of handling fatal accidents and clinical negligence work is highly desireable.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5 years’ experience and the ability to handle a litigated caseload of personal injury transactions from initial instruction to completion independently. 

Experience of RTA, EL/PL is essential and serious injury and / or clinical negligence work would be desirable. The successful candidate will be working in a friendly and supportive environment and must be a team player.

You'll be joining a small team, to pick up a consistent workload, directly under the Head of department.
