Title: Paralegal - Housing & Regeneration Litigation
Location: Liverpool 
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 

This firm is looking for a motivated Paralegal to join their thriving Housing and Regeneration Litigation team based in Liverpool, working closely with their wider team in Manchester and Partners in Housing and Regeneration. The role involves supporting fee earners with a variety of tasks, including handling anti-social behaviour and breach of tenancy injunctions, disrepair claims, and applying for access injunctions. The work is varied, engaging, and will provide an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth of the team.

They are seeking a hard-working individual who is focused on delivering tangible results and is eager to be an integral part of the team. While previous legal experience is desirable, it is not essential, as full training and development will be provided. The ideal candidate will possess legal qualifications such as a law degree or ILEX, but the firm welcomes applicants who can demonstrate the required skills and knowledge, regardless of formal qualifications.
