I am working with a fantastic private practice that has grown impressively over the last few years and is fast becoming the go to legal firm in Perthshire/Stirling surrounding areas.
This firm have a great culture, they truly are a team and everyone makes the difference and adds to their success.
They have an immediate opportunity for an experienced and highly personable Legal Secretary/Receptionist to join their busy team.
You shall be first point of contact for clients and will assist them and make them feel comfortable, deal with their enquiries and direct them to the appropriate support within the practice.
Highly organised with an exceptional eye for detail, strong administration skills with excellent MS Office experience you will support the Solicitors and Paralegals - typing documents, manage correspondence and ensure the smooth overall running of the office.
