International law firm are looking for an NQ to join its revered Corporate & Finance practice in London. They are keen to hear from Solicitors who have recently qualified in a UK jurisdiction or who are about to qualify. 

This team is recognised as a leading adviser in Corporate transactions, and the role will involve a balanced corporate & finance practice – working alongside leading US and Magic Circle Firms - spanning M&A, Private Equity, Corporate Finance, Capital Markets

This Firm’s Corporate practice is unique in that it is fully integrated corporate practice, allowing Junior Associates to gain exposure to corporate work spanning M&A, Private Equity, Capital Markets, Corporate Advisory and Structuring work and Corporate Finance. This makes the role perfect for both Associates that are looking to develop a balanced corporate practice or those who perhaps are not quite sure at this stage where they would like to specialise (and perfect for those with no prior corporate experience).

This Firm’s training and development of its Junior Associates is widely regarded as best in class. Your career development is carefully managed by a Training Partner – all of whom are regarded as leaders in their field - and many of the Junior Associates that have trained here have either gone on to become Partner or have moved on to leading US and Magic Circle Firms in London as mid-level Associates.
