NEW: EMPLOYMENT LAWYER (3 YEARS’+ PQE) – €90,000+ INTERNATIONAL LAW FIRM, DUBLIN (OPPORTUNITY TO RELOCATE)

A market-leading international law firm are looking for an Employment Lawyer with 3+ Years’ PQE, to join its Global Employment and Reward Group in its Dublin office.

This is a perfect opportunity for an employment lawyer with both contentious and non-contentious experience that is looking to relocate to Dublin (whether for just a year or two, or permanently), working on executive level employment matters.

This role is also perfect for a blocked Associate with the appropriate PQE looking to enter an International Law Firm as Senior Associate, with a clear pathway to Partnership thereafter (either in Dublin or UK).

The Role:

The role will involve providing day-to-day legal advice to HR professional clients and their in-house legal teams. It will also involve litigation (Workplace Relations Commission and High Court) and work investigations (for example, supporting the white collar crime team with the HR aspects of regulatory investigations).

In addition to the contentious practice, there is also a thriving non-contentious practice, and the successful candidate would also have the opportunity to help clients deliver solutions within the M&A and outsourcing space. The successful candidate will also work closely with corporate colleagues on transactional matters and will be involved in all aspects of the team's workload. The Global Employment & Reward Group are increasingly engaging with clients on strategic projects such as executive compensation arrangements, global change management exercises, reward philosophy projects and preparing for the implementation of gender pay gap legislation.
