QED Legal are happy to be working with a rapidly developing Am Law top 30 firm actively seeking to bolster their corporate department with the hire of a Mid-Senior Level associate (3rd-6th year).

Ideal candidates will have experience with an emphasis on on public or private company M&A and related corporate matters, including but not limited to Private Equity, corporate governance and public and private financings. 

Candidates will have a strong working knowledge of acquisition agreements and the other documentation used in M&A and private equity transactions and proficiency in drafting the same. Candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a high degree of maturity and business sense, and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client relationships.
