The ideal person would be a Medical Negligence Solicitor and will have around 2-3 years’ + experience, and a real desire to help people in a variety of matters, from initial instruction to Trial, as the as the role will entail both pre and post-litigation work.
 
You will be dealing with Brian and Spinal Injuries, Brain Defects, Cerebral Palsy claims, Nerve Damage, Dental Claims, Still Births and Surgical Error. These cases will be valued from £50,000 up to £10 million, so prior experience of high value work is preferable.

You will be joining a friendly team, alongside other senior solicitors and the wider team, in which there will be a lot of opportunity to progress. You will be investigating and litigating multi-track cases and delegating the work as appropriate, to make sure it is completed at the right fee earning level. You will be a self-starter, thrive in busy environments and have great interpersonal skills.
