I am working on an exciting opportunity for a litigation solicitor or legal executive to join an established firm with multiple offices throughout the West Midlands. My client are looking for an ambitious and experienced solicitor to take on an active and varied caseload, take part in business development and networking activities, and supervise more junior legal professionals.

A typical caseload includes:

• Company and shareholder disputes
• Inheritance and probate disputes
• Partnership disputes
• Consumer disputes
• IP disputes
• Contract disputes
• General civil disputes

The successful candidate will have 2-5 years PQE. Excellent communication skills, organisation, and a willingness to engage in business development activities is essential.

Salary: £45000 - £55,000 depending on experience
