Litigation Solicitor Opportunity - Devon 

I'm looking to speak with experienced litigation solicitors, interested in a new vacancy to join a friendly and dedicated team at a well-established firm in Devon. This full-time role can be based in either Barnstaple or Kingsbridge, offering the chance to work in a beautiful part of the country while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. 

The ideal candidate will have solid litigation experience, particularly in building disputes, housing disrepair, landlord and tenant matters, and neighbour or boundary disputes. You will be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with a minimum of 3PQE (or equivalent), along with the ability to provide clear, confident advice and handle urgent matters under pressure. 

Strong relationship-building skills are essential, as the role involves working closely with local clients, agents, and colleagues. Organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines effectively are also key. The role requires someone who is comfortable handling their own caseload while contributing to a team environment.
