Excellent Hampshire High Street firm seeking to appoint and experience litigation lawyer for a very busy department. 

If you enjoy being part of community based law firm with traditional values and are seeking a position with full autonomy this would be very much suited to you. 

The firm have been established locally for many years and serve businesses and individuals and their families across the region.

The dispute resolution arm of the practice deals with a road mix of matters, some of which are resolved through the courts and others through means of alternate dispute resolution / mediation. You can expect to be managing your own caseload consisting of:

• Contractual disputes
• Building disputes
• Contested Probate disputes
• Landlord and Tenant matters and Possession claims
• Employment
• Professional Negligence
• Debt recovery and enforcement
• Nuisance claims

The position would suit an experienced solicitor or legal executive who accustomed to 'running their own show'. It's a pleasant firm to work at, the partners will let you get on with your work and allow you to manage matters in your on competent manner to which you are accustomed.
