Description

Litigation Lawyer

Eastbourne, East Sussex

Full-time

A new opportunity for an established litigator to make a name for themselves and grow the practice further at this established East Sussex firm.

  • Strong book of existing clients
  • Good pipeline of existing work
  • Genuine opportunity to shape your own future
  • Significant growth potential partnership potential

The firm is a traditional law practice with a high street presence across several locations in East Sussex. They cater for the individual, their families in addition to local and regional business clients.

The litigation department deal with a broad mix of mainly civil disputes which can include disputed wills, property disputes, landlord and tenant matters, employment, contractual disputes, professional negligence and business related disputes.

The department are essentially looking for an allrounder who can take on the bulk of the existing work with a view to further growing the caseload.

The role offers a good deal of potential to take on an existing bank of clients with growth only limited to your own motivation. For the right individual this will provide you with all the autonomy you could ask for to establish yourself at a new firm, be fully supported by the senior team and even grow the department headcount further. Progress into partnership is also a very distinct and realistic possibility.

To discuss this role further and the other positions we currently have in litigation, contact Gary at QED Legal or simply apply direct today for an immediate response.
