Job: Litigated RTA & Credit Hire – Great Bonus (In Excess of £10k+ p/a)

Opportunity for an RTA fee earner or experienced fee earner to join this well established regional practice and manage your own caseload of fast & multi track matters. BOTH qualified & non-qualified fee earners will be considered for these roles. Ideally you will have gained experience of managing your own caseload and be comfortable working without supervision.
This role will see you manage a caseload of fully litigated RTA files with a focus towards credit hire. You will be dealing with some complex personal injury and credit hire matters with values exceeding £50,000+ and issues such as liability dispute & non-liability disputed matters on predominantly non-ABI hire claims. There will be support provided from a team of paralegals who allow you to deal with the more complex and litigious matters.
This firm have achieved significant funding over the last year so have ambitious growth plans and this appointment will be one of the first in their Bolton office, so there will be plenty of opportunity to develop your career moving forwards.
BONUS - You will be able to earn a significant bonus on top of your earnings as this company have various schemes that encourage you to do well and most fee earners can earn in excess of £10,000 bonus per year.
