Residential Conveyancer

Role
Due to continued growth and success of the Real Estate team at the Brighton office the firm are looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancer (Solicitor CLC, CILEx)
 
Work
The firm's real estate team have some excellent clients including national developers as well as local and regional agents. There will be a broad variety of property transactions in relation to sales and purchase of freehold and leasehold property transactions, newbuild, buy to let, investment property, equity release, transfer of equity, remortgages etc.
 
Requirements 
A thorough grounding in residential property conveyancing matters, a desire to hone your business development skills and play an active role as part of an established residential property team. Ideally you will be able to manage your own caseload of matters across a broad mix of residential property matters. 

Salary 
Dependent on experience, a bonus scheme, and benefits include 25 days holiday plus the day off for your birthday, private medical insurance, life assurance and 5% pension contribution.  

Salary on offer is between £32-45K dependent on experience
 
Office location - Brighton, with remote working possible for part of the week, with a focus on providing top quality advice in a highly responsive way.
