Legal Secretary/Legal Assistant - Private Client - Wallingford
A role has come up for a legal secretary to join the private client team of a Solicitors practice in Wallingford.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of working within a legal secretarial position. Experience of working within a private client team with a good knowledge of matters such as Wills, Probate and Lasting powers of attorney matters would be beneficial.
The duties of this role will entail supporting a fee earner performing tasks such as:-
- The opening, closing and archiving of files
- Audio typing of documents
- Drafting wills and LPA documents (under supervision)
- Meeting with clients with fee earners to take instructions and progress matters accordingly,
- Provide updates to clients where needed
- Assisting in the billing for work completed
