An experienced Legal Cashier is required to join a forward-thinking Commercial Law Firm based in Newcastle.
 
The Legal Cashier position will work in a small accounts team (3 other staff members) and be involved within a full Legal Cashier/Accounts supporting role.

Working in a small team your role will be varied and fast paced. Typical daily cashier duties will include; daily postings, bills, write offs, purchase ledger, online banking, payments etc. As well as this you will deal with all accounts enquiries and support the whole firm with any accounts duties as needed. You will have the support of a team and report into the Finance Director.

Prior Legal Accounts experience is essential for this role. You should have an up-to-date knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules.
 
The opportunity is offered on a full time basis and will include office based work due to the nature of the role however there may be flexibility for some hybrid working if preferred.
 
Salary advertised is a guideline and will be depending on experience.
