Salary: £30,000 - 33,000 DOE

My client, a respected law firm, is looking for a Legal Assistant to support their Managing Partner in the Family & Litigation department. This role offers hands on experience in a fast paced legal environment, providing vital support on a variety of cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with case preparation, legal research, and document drafting
• Liaising with clients, courts, and external legal professionals
• Preparing court bundles and managing case files
• Diary management, scheduling meetings, and organising correspondence
• Attending hearings and client meetings when required
• Providing general administrative and legal support to the Managing Partner

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience as a legal assistant or paralegal, ideally in family law and litigation (essential)
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Proactive and professional approach with strong attention to detail
