This is a very well know firm with a number of offices across the Hampshire coastal region. The conveyancing department are looking bring onboard a Legal Assistant to work hand in hand with an established and highly experienced (12yrs+) conveyancing lawyer.

The role would suit you if you have prior experience in conveyancing and offers a good deal of potential to further your expertise given that you will be supporting on matters from start to finish on general conveyancing matters such as sales and purchase of freehold/leasehold properties, remortgages, transfer of equity as well as some more specialised work including lease renewals.

It's a really good role at a firm that has consistently done well and grown significantly since the outset and they offer a more tailored service rather than rock bottom conveyancing fee's so the work is often a little higher quality than some of  ots local competition.
