Legal Adviser - MOJ Portal 

The role would suit anyone with an insurance / claims background in the PI/RTA sector and an understanding of the MOJ Portal / Case Management systems. 

Your key focus will involve managing a caseload of Fast Track Portal cases through all stages of the Portal, to include litigating to Stage 3 when appropriate. The role requires an ability to deliver quality claims handling, excellent client outcomes, to generate fee income and to contribute to the continuing success of the business. As one of the leading providers of legal services to the insurance sector, with offices across the UK, they have fantastic tech and case management systems in place allowing you to easily focus on your personal caseload.
