Legal Adviser - Litigation 

The role would suit anyone with an insurance / claims background in the PI/RTA sector and an understanding of contentious casework.

Your key focus will involve managing a caseload of Fast Track Portal cases through all stages of the investigation and litigation process, where casework includes dealing with denial of liability and causation arguments with minimal supervision.

The role requires an ability to deliver quality claims/case handling, excellent client outcomes, to generate fee income and to contribute to the continuing success of the business. As one of the leading providers of legal services to the insurance sector, with offices across the UK, they have fantastic tech and case management systems in place allowing you to easily focus on your personal caseload.
